Latex (rubber) balloons come in over 50 colours! We mainly use Qualatex balloons which are professional quality balloons. What this means to you is that they will perform better than other brand balloons. There is less breakage and when filled with helium, an 11 inch balloon will float 18 - 24 hours indoors! (Most discount party store balloons and other retailers offering balloons as an add on to their business, this size only float about half the time). When filled with air, as in our air-filled sculptures and other air-filled designs, they can last weeks, if not months!!! This is assuming the balloons are kept indoors and away from any heat (hot cars, sunny windows, heat vents, etc.)
DELIVERIES
We can deliver single balloons, helium-filled and ribbon attached to your party or venue. Many of our customers have discovered this hassle-free experience! No more heavy helium tanks or the extensive time to inflate and tie knots and ribbons onto the balloons...just the creativity of decorating! No paper party product or other decor element is as exciting or as easy to install. Just tie the ribbons attached to the balloons to your centerpieces, to chairs or existing railings or table legs! Voila ...color in the air and no ladders or lifts ...decorations on poles and along walls with no tape or staples ...movement in the air with no electricity!!!
COLOR CHARTS
Qualatex latex balloons come in over 50 colors! Custom colors can also be created by using two balloons. The process is called "double stuffing". Just like 2 paints mixed together create a new colour...2 balloons can make a new color! Call into ou shop to see the colours available.
LATEX BALLOONS ARE BIODEGRADABLE
There are about 16 million rubber trees in Malasia breathing oxygen into our atmosphere and producing rubber which is harvested very much like maple syrup is harvested. The tree trunks are scored and a small amount of latex is collected (about 2 balloons per tree per day). It is then shipped to Qualatex factories in drums (looks like white milk) where they add colour and start dipping molds to form the different shapes of balloons. The balloons biodegrade like oak leaves and wood chips right back into nature. Have you ever owned a rubber plant? They have large, waxy leaves. If you break one off, you'll see a little drop of white milky liquid...well that's latex!
